Warranty Replacement Policy

At FSF S.R.L., we stand behind the quality and reliability of the products sold on brincomarket.
This warranty policy is designed to provide customers with confidence, protection, and dedicated support.


Warranty Duration

All electrical products purchased through brincomarket include a 2-year warranty, starting from the date the product is delivered.

If an optional 1-year extended warranty is purchased, the total warranty coverage will extend to 3 years from the delivery date.


What the Warranty Covers

During the warranty period, if an electrical component fails due to a manufacturing defect or material flaw, we will provide a replacement unit at no additional cost.


What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • damage caused by drops, impacts, accidents, or misuse

  • wear and tear resulting from normal use

  • issues caused by improper installation, incorrect handling, or lack of maintenance

  • damage caused by unauthorized repairs, tampering, or product modifications


How to Request a Replacement

To open a warranty claim, please contact us at:

After submitting your request, you will receive an automated confirmation email.
Please reply to that message with a short video clearly demonstrating the issue, such as:

  • the product not powering on

  • failure to charge

  • malfunction during normal use

If the video evidence is unclear or cannot be provided, we may request that the product be returned to our warehouse for inspection.


Important Information

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise required by law

  • Cash-on-delivery (COD) returns are not accepted under any circumstances


Claim Assessment Requirements

Warranty claims will be reviewed and processed only when:

  • all requested information is provided

  • required evidence or documentation is submitted

  • all conditions outlined in this policy are met

Each claim is handled fairly, transparently, and efficiently to ensure an appropriate resolution.
