In accordance with EU consumer legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU and Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 – Codice del Consumo), customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase without providing any reason within 14 days from the date the goods are received.
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days, starting from the day on which you—or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier—take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision by means of a clear written declaration, sent by email or postal mail, stating your intention to cancel the contract.

Once we receive your withdrawal notification, we will process your refund within 14 days, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any additional charges resulting from the choice of express or premium shipping).
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
No administrative or handling fees will be applied.
You must return the goods within 14 days from the date on which you notified us of your withdrawal.
The return deadline is met if the goods are shipped before the expiration of this period.
Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.
Unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
personalized or custom-made products
sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
perishable goods or items with a short shelf life
audio, video, or software products once unsealed
newspapers, magazines, or periodicals
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and include all original components, including:
packaging
accessories
labels
seals
If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, or functioning, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund reflecting any loss of value.
Customers are responsible for ensuring proper packaging to prevent damage during return shipment.
The customer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
